Tussauds Passes with Clubcard Deals

I was thinking ahead to Half term in February and noticed that Thorpe Park is opening in early February, which is quite a few weeks earlier than usual. I also noticed on their website that an annual pass for the Tussauds group is currently £85, going up to £95 after Feb 11th.

I have saved up my Tesco tokens and have enough to buy the four passes I need, but I dont want to use the annuall passes until after Feb 11th, ie when the prices will have risen to £95 each.

I rang Tescos Customer Service to find out what will happen if I redeem £21.25 (ie a quarter of £85) worth of points for each pass now, but when i buy them they will have gone up to £95. She said to change my tokens asap in return for a voucher that can be redeemed for an annual pass regardless of cost. From memory, the voucher they send you is valid for 6 months.

She also said that there will be a new Deals booklet out in February, and expects the 'price' of annual passes will rise to a quarter of £95 in that.

So basically, if you think you are going to want Tussauds annual passes, exchange your clubcard tokens now and beat the price rise.

Meaning of course that your tokens will be worth MORE THAN 4 TIMES their value. Hurrah!!
