good morning all....frosty, bright, no snow ....and no need to work outside!

Yet another delicious bucket of food arrived from S&H, done at school [!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!}

A lasagne this time!...bit thick on the pasta....bit greasy on the filling, but not too bad....certainly more digestible than last week's pie!

I have decided to give his edible offerings a 'Gaviscon' rating!

No glugs = restaurant standard.

One glug = maccydee's standard.

Two glugs..[normal dosage in one hit]...EXOH's standard...

Three glugs = 'very nice dear', through gritted teeth standard.

Four glugs = 'I'll freeze the rest' and bin when no one's looking standard...

Five glugs is 'next day off work' standard...

Six glugs is '999' standard.....

I have long since come to the conclusion regarding our children's school cookery efforts, that an unspoken-of part of parenting is trying to avoid food poisoning in the 'nicest possible way', to avoid crushing the little one's pride in their offerings...?

hi.. a solid 2 glugs for the lasagne...least as good as his Mother used to make!
