i just got a letter in from very.co.uk about changes to my account. that was included in my BR from june so do i ignore or call them up? ive had nothing from them for ages and they are aware i no longer owe the money.

Hi adamantine, Just ignore as its not worth the postage for recorded delivery!! If you can scan and send to your OR with the letter attached so your OR is aware your being hassled.

Hope you get some bread in......just had a bacon sarnie me!!
