Hello Everyone,

Without going into too much details about my own bankruptcy, how long into a bankruptcy would someone expect to hear about a possible BRO/BRU? I appreciate that the OR can apply for one until the last minute, but wondered how long is would normally take. Or would they normally wait until near the AD date?

It can take up to 5-8 months then you have to agree to it, it then becomes a BRU and it is sent to the secretary of state to stamp and date it. So a lengthy process.

Well they can't do it after 12 months so you never know, the OR offices are so busy at present, so you might have slipped through!!
