And you Spoony, you sound very busy! We have just started a really busy 3 week period, yearly billing going out to thousands and thousands:eek: Its manic, think I will be working late most nights and prob doing Saturday too

I would say go easy on yourself and have whatever you like tonight . Plenty of time another day to think about healthy eating .
