Terms and Conditions for prize promotions

By entering this free promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. You may enter this prize promotion by submitting your full name, email address, date of birth, and telephone number (access to this prize promotion is only possible via the internet).
2. The prize promotion is open to UK residents aged 12 years or over except employees (and their families) of SAS & Company and any affiliates, subsidiary companies or anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not be accepted by the Promoter.
3. All winners will need to be available to come to Westfield Shopping Centre, White city, London on Monday 7th November at 3pm.
4. All winners will need to be accompanied by an adult if they are under the age of 18.
5. Tickets will be issued in pairs where both ticket holders will need to be over 12 years of age.
6. The accompanying adult, if both ticket holders are under 18 can be in addition to the two tickets but will not have access to the backstage area or VIP area at the concert.
7. An entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else. Only one entry per person.
8. An entry will be void if it is reasonably deemed by Promoter to have been made by an ineligible person or if is incomplete. Promoter may request such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
9. The prize(s) will consist of 3 Grand Prizes (Each grand prize winner receives a pair of tickets to meet Justin Bieber plus two Golden Circle tickets to the live concert at Westfield, White City), 9 Second Place Prizes (Each second place winner will receive a pair of Golden Circle tickets to the live concert at Westfield, White City, London) and 50 Runner Up (Runners Up will receive a 50ml bottle of the SOMEDAY fragrance and a copy of Justin Bieber's Under the Mistletoe CD, which will be sent to winners w/c 14th November 2011).
10. Winners will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the venue and will need to arrive at Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, London on Monday 7th November at 3pm.
11. The prize promotion closing date is midnight on 3rd November 2011 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
12. The winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries by an independent judge on 4th November 2011 and the winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by 7th November 2011. The name and certain details of the independent judge can be obtained by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter.
13. Details of the name of the winners will be available after 7th November 2011 and for three months thereafter by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter.
14. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
15. The prize(s) must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
16. All prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with prize(s) of an equivalent value should any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s), then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.
17. The Concert is outside the control of the Promoter. Separate terms and conditions will apply to those attending the Concert and/or the concert venue � it is the Winners' responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter will ensure that tickets are valid for the Concert but otherwise accepts no responsibility in the event that the winner is denied entry to or ejected from the Concert.
18. If the Concert is rescheduled then the Promoter will notify the winners of the amended location and/or date.
19. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
20. By entering this promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the data controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and the winners consent to the transfer of their personal data to the data controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the Someday by Justin Bieber fragrance or the promotion.

22. Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner for such use.
23. The decision of the Promoter and/or independent is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
