I pay £48.90 plus £73.35 and employer pays £97.60 and £146.50 ( I think some of this is opted out of SPII/SERPS(?))

The numbers quoted are per month.
I am trying to decide whether to increase the amount I pay, I am pretty sure the company will pay more if I do, need to speak to the helpline on that one. The alternative is to pay some into ISA's etc so I have different pots to fund my retirement.0
