I've been searching for banks/building societies/Any place that do 100% mortgages or beyond. Is there a definitive list or can anyone recommend who does this?
Google is not my friend.
Thanks in advance.

What's your credit rating / score like? Who will be able to offer you 100% + is dependent on so many criteria.......
Have you found a whole of market mortgage broker yet?

Credit scoring is fine. No missed payments - only have 2 credit cards and 2 current accounts though, so not much exposure to credit. I did check Credit Expert, and my score is 900+, but I imagine this would have little bearing on most financial institutions as they have their own in house credit scoring systems.
I'm 22, single, living with parents and on 16k a year - so I'm facing an uphill struggle.
Not checked a broker yet, but it's a good idea.0 -
What sort of price bracket are you looking to buy for?

Around the 80-90k mark - based on affordability (based on my own assessment) I could do it. Although I doubt any lender would stretch that far.0 -
Hey,
Look, I could list some lenders, but you would really be best going to a whole of market fee free lender......they have access to all the deals, and you're not damaging your credit rating making multiple applications....
Look in the yellow pages or something......or even better, get a reccomendation from friends / familly........
