Don't understand my credit report

I've just screwed up the courage to look at my credit report on https://www.annualcreditreport.co.uk. You get one free look per year. Well I don't understand mine. I'm in a DMP but not all my creditors are listed on the report, including my biggest creditor is not mentioned at all. I have 2 mobile phone contracts in my name for my 2 daughters, but only one is listed. Does anyone know why the report is incomplete?

Nope but mine was incomplete too = but what was on there was ok.
I wondered - how long does it take to get rid of orange or red things. I have some from a disputed payment - the account was closed last april but I cant wait to get rid of them. Its the only thing that is a problem and I dont like it.

Hi moxie,
I can't figure them out either. Mine shows nearly all my bankrupted accounts
as missing payments etc., with some up until Jan07. I went bankrupt in Nov05
Today I got my Equifax, which is missing most of my bankrupted accounts
and neither of them show that I was bankrupted in 2005.
Very confusing.
Am waiting for Experian before I go any further.0 -

Im in a similar situation, on DMP, have Experian and Annual credit report, not showing arrears or any of mt debt accounts, both give me a good credit rating.
Wondering if my bank will accept these 2 to upgrade my bank account as having a nightmare getting hold of my equifax one£2 money saver balance £0

I'm probably being a bit too sceptical here but are you sure it isn't a fraud thing? I know it probably isn't but I'm a bit hesitant about giving all the into they need (date of birth, addresses etc).Debt at 23/01/2007

No, it's not a fraud thing so don't worry. Annualcreditreport get their information from Callcredit only, which is the smallest agency of the "big 3" & therefore, the least used by finance companies. More detailed reports are usually found on Experian & Equifax.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)
