Pink Elephant do not respond to complaints. They are poor since they sold their parking and just became an online reseller of parking spaces. They used to be really good.

And more expensive it seems, even with the discount. I've just booked Meet & Greet with Park & Go for £40. (A company I've used several times before so know they are reliable..after once being stranded at Gatwick after pre-paying another company who didn't turn up. :mad:)
Pink Elephant have just quoted £64.50 for the same service, so even at 20% less it is still £11.60 more.
