Problems getting a prize from Daisy Green

I just wondered if anyone else was having a problem with getting a prize from Daisy Green? I won a Martha Hill set beginning of October and was told prize would be with me within 28 days.

I appreciate it is only just past that but they are ignoring my emails and even facebook message so just wondered if they are really as bad at customer service as they appear?

I've won a few comps (though none from Daisy Green) that have said 'allow 28 days', but in most cases it seems to take longer than that, at least that's been my experience. I just assume they mean 28 working days, and after that I get onto them with the emails.

Ah I wouldn't worry just yet. It took me 11 months (:eek:) to get a prize from Parents Lounge who also decided hiding was the best thing to do. I had to contact the IPM in the end, and the prize came within the week!

Makes me feel better. I have had a few struggles lately getting the prize out of the promoter so thought I would start early this time! But never had to wait 11 months. Just surprised they didnt respond on facebook as usually that works quickly! I'll give it a while then contact IPM, not giving in.:mad:

I've won from Daisy Green and the prize did take a while to arrive. Its likely the company sending the prize are causing the delay...though it wouldn't hurt for Daisy Green to at least respond to you.

I've won with Daisygreen and it took over a month to get my win. So hang in there!

I won with Daisy Green and received my prize pretty quickly. I'm guessing it depends where the prize comes from as to how long it takes to get to you. Hang in there.

I won with daisy green last year and got an email from the marketing manager saying prize will be dispatched in 48 hours which it was. I will PM you his email address as it may help chase your prize. Sometimes prizes can take 28-40 days to arrive and it may be in hand.

Actually just re-read the email and it was from the company who was supplying the goods. Sorry. Hope you get it sorted.

i won the same prize and have not recieved it yet

I won the same prize and have received it today. It has "posted 1 November" stamped on it and is in a box that is just too big to go through the letterbox.

Hopefully you'll all get yours in the next couple of days.
