Elite Shopping Forum haven't paid me for ANY surveys!

I've been doing surveys for them for some months now. This morning I received my latest one in an e-mail from them and saw in the e-mail that my balance was 850 points, with 100 points for completing this particular survey.

So I completed it and later on I logged in to their website to see when I could redeem my points.

I saw that you had to have 2,000 points and while I was there I had a look at my points page - and saw that I only had 50 points!!

Stupidly, I had never kept any e-mail invites - including the one from this morning proving that I had 850 points. I e-mailed them, explained the situation and said that I didn't have the e-mail they sent.

They wrote back, saying:

Hi Carrie,

Thanks for your email.

Sorry about this, it must be very inconvenient for you. We really appreciate if you confirm the study number.

I had already told them I didn't have the e-mail, so how would I know the study number?

Has anyone else had any problem with this survey site?

They were a sister site to Rewarded Opinions & I think you had to have a Rewarded Opinions account already to have been invited into the shopping forum,there was an email January to say that they were closing as couldn't get enough surveys to offer to members and that points would be transferred over to the original Rewarded Opinions account.
Mine show up on 14th Feb 2013 as
Points transferred from Elite Shopping Forum.
hopefully they should be in your Rewarded Opinons account.
