A few nice romantic dinners would do us the world of good!!

Any Ideas??

  • Both The Times and The Telegraph do meal deals at this time of year - collect so many tokens and take to a selected venue. Normally £5 for 2 courses.

Sadly The Times offer this year is far worse - now it is £10 for 2 courses and the vast majority of venues have been dumped in favour of "gastropubs"......

The Telegraph offer is still the same - £5 for two courses but again the venues in my area are not as good......

Both offers only started this weekend so check out the websites for the veunues near you.....as I say The Times one used to be fantastic.....had many a grand meal in years past....always left a good tip for the staff as they were always rushed off their feet when "that Times offer" was on:o

probably not what your after but pizza hut do a free garlic bread with a large pizza, and if you signup and save pigsback points you get a £10 leisure voucher that can be used in pizza hut (so its a free meal), brewers fayre, beafeater etc etc.
depending where in the country you are wagamama do free meals when they open a new restaurant, there's a post on the 'freebies' board.

have you thought about a picnic? breads, cheeses, candlight, all bought from a supermarket with money of with coupons and enjoyed in your own home?
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
  • I would say go into the chains and you will find some good deals without the need of a gimic of a voucher.

I think Weatherspoons and Chef and Brewer pubs do great value food, and taste yum.

Also I think the Pizza huts of this world do also.
