Is it my turn yet? YES I HAVE WON !!!!!!!

I know I'm being silly but is it my turn to win yet????

I started entering comps last January and know full well you can't expect to win until a good 6 - 8 weeks after you start entering if your lucky.

I stopped entering loads of comps in September and only entered a few since then until this January. So I know I have to be patient. But I wan to win something NOW!!!!!! Or I'll scream and scream until I'm sick!!!!:D

Hi,my advice would be to just enter everything in sight (use roboform to help save time) and the wins will come. Good Luck to you. ;)

I was doing comps for about 6 months before I won anything. Just be patient. You'll find that once they have started there will be a regular flow of them.

Do be prepared to give it time - you will win. Often long standing compers go through 'dry spells' and then get loads of wins close together.
I am finding that the banter nad discussion on the forum keeps me comping more than the possiblity of prizes. if you don't enjoy it as a hobby it will become a chore.

Thank you all, I know I'm being silly but I am just having one of those days. I do really really enjoy comping but at the moment I am finding it hard to find enough competitions. I do the prize finder and some loquax ones that aren't on prize finder, and the ones on here but at the moment I have enough time to enter more but can't find anymore.

Does anyone have any idea where else you can find comps? I have heard of a few people who have paid to join comp clubs, can anyone tell me if these are worth doing and details of how much they cost and how good they are.

Thanks to all you fonts of knowledge, and good luck to everyone on here.

Ps Blacksaturn you are very patient I think I would have given up if it took me 6 months!.

Be patient! Competition wins are like buses - none for a while then several at once.

You get a boost when you win which makes you carry on entering to win more!

I've heard that My Offers are not the best people to enter competitions with, it seems very rare that you hear of a winner, maybe look into some different site like loquax.co.uk
