A garage has been in denial as to what was done to my car engine, to the extent that the newer replacement engine was not fitted but the original engine reconditioned!

However, as the engine serial number is the same as on the Registration docs. he cannot deny he has "fitted me up" rather than the car.

A CCJ has been awarded in my favour, yet he is still in denial. Court bailiffs have proved fruitless.

Bully-boys do occasionally have their uses.

Now he is responding to visits, (having moved house 3 times in the last 24 months). He intends to challenge the Court ruling and have the CCJ set aside.

What would you do?
