Tesco points fiasco

I have just received my clubcard points statement online. And there was only 314 points for a 3 month period. I do an online shop of at least £100 a week, for the last three months. These points have not been added to my account. I phoned them and asked, and they said they have had a 'problem' and they are sorting it, but they won't be added so I can use them for the double up event before christmas. What a joke I was going to use these points to buy toys. He said they are doing the offer again in February, bit late then for me.

Has anyone else had the same problem. I have spent a fortune with them and got nothing back. Raging.

One hour after being happy that the smaller vouchers run to Christmas Eve I've just looked at my statement properly.

Yet again, no tripled Tesco Mobile points.

Yet again, the extra points offered through Tesco Entertainment don't match what it reads on the statement.

Yet again, the voucher cutoff on 22nd October means that if you rushed to acquire the double points on the last weekend (23rd and 24th October), it's 50/50 whether they've been included in time for Christmas. They might have been lumped into the "general" pool, or you'll have to wait for them. Or maybe they will have a "follow-up" set in November with a special voucher like they did last year, either way it's a complete shambles.

For my statement this quarter they've muddied the waters by having a massive amount of "general" Tesco points, many more than I would have raised by just shopping without a car to fill up at their petrol station so it's likely that some of what I think is missing, has been manually added.

Last time I used a "triple points" coupon. I bought products for £60 , and I only get 60 points

According to a text I received, triple points with Tesco Mobile were going to end with the Feb 2012 statement, at least it'll save me having to ring them up and getting them staggered. Also just been told that the Entertainment extra points are definitely staggered, so I'll file that in the next letter to go out to them which is at least Freepost, but still a pain.
