Greasypalms cashback problem!

I’m not sure if there is anything that anyone can suggest.....
I have £50 cashback that is ‘pending’ on my greasy palms account.
They will not make the payment..
They will not let me raise a query ticket.... because they say I am outside the agreed length of time... the purchase was made in April... but you can not query for 120 days.... and now I am being told I’ve left it too long..
They will not reply to query emails...
They will not supply a phone number, so that I can contact them...
They will not call me... even thought I’ve supplied my phone numbers...
£50 for one cashback with MoreThan home insurance is not something that I want to just forget about.... but I can get no response from Greasypalms....
Is there anything else I can do?.... or does anyone have any advice as to how I can resolve this problem.
Greasypalms customer service appears to be ‘ignore the problem and hope it goes away’...
Any advise would be appreciated...... Thanks
