Tesco Mis-sold TV. What do I do?

Hi everyone. Long time reader first time posting. I've just bought a new TV from Tesco Direct and picked it up yesterday (Tues). The Tv that I got is the Technika 32-270. In the description it states that it has 3 HDMI ports and 2 USB ports. When I unpacked it I found out that the TV has only got 2 HDMI and 1 USB port. What do I do when I complain to Tesco? I bought the TV as Tesco said the tv has 3 HDMI and 2 USB.

Thanks

Alan

Just return it. Does not matter whether description was right or not because Tesco have a 28 day no quibble return policy.

Then don't return it and keep it.

You're either happy with the TV or you're not. If these ports were so important, you wouldn't be happy with the TV and you'd take it back.

    You keep the TV?

No compensation entitlement before you ask...

You either keep it and accept it, or return it and get the specification your original post implies you need.

If there is a model that matches what you have received and it retails for less, return what you have got and by another one of the same at the lower cost. :)

    I can't see any mention of 3 x HDMI.

    What are you after?
