Medical heart monitor

I have been told by GP I need to wear a '5 day heart monitor' and that they will be in touch. This may be a silly question but where do you wear them? I had a google and it showed me what looked like watches, is this right? I assumed they would be stuck to your chest!

Hi I have recently had one I had to wear mine for 7 days there are just two leads attached to your chest.
