just got back from picking up DS4 to find domeone has put up a for sale sign up outside our house!!!!

Now unless my OH has had a brainstorm I'm sure its not for us but for the obviously empty house next door. morons at halifax estate agency put it on wrong house. so now fence is damaged too.

good news though - got a letter saying that our council tax has been rebanded as someone appealed. were now in band A = great for me as I have no intention of selling - not so great for the lass next door whose done a runner to australia after declaring herself BR in Dec!!! Did a moonlight flit so to speak. but her tennant ( also gone) are still using hte address to get items delivered from catalogues etc - I'm just refusing to take them in since theres noone living there, and I hope everyone else in the street is too.

of and DS3 has a trial period for a job starting on Monday so good news there too.

    Hi Poppycracker,
Are you listing things for the Olympic Challenge? I have got plenty of things ready to list but I'm waiting until tomorrow for the cheap listing day.
