 hi
i wonder if you can help me. i am having a nightmare with tesco dvd rental. i got a letter just after xmas saying that they miss me and here is a xmas gift of 3 months dvd rental. i put the code in and it said i had 2 dvd for 3 months. i then never got any dvds, so i emailed them and they asked for the code. i had thrown mine away as didn't think i needed it anymore so i got one off of mse. my dvds were then sent. (only 1 though) i then noticed £7.97 was taken from my account. i just rang them and was on phone and hold for ages. again they were asking for code, i said i haven't got it. they said i have got free 3 months, my next billing date will be 1st march. They said i had to pay for the first month and then i get 2 free. i am sure it never said that. also the money was taken from my account on 13th jan and they r taking it again on 1st march so that is not even 2 months free.
i just got a bit upset on phone, i'm angry they took money from my account without my permission and was asking when they were going to refund it, i wasn't getting any where with them and baby started crying so gave uo.
can anyone help, did they have this code sent to them, am i right?
so sorry about no capitals, got baby in arms so doing this with one finger.

Sorry if I put it in the wrong place. Not sure where it should go. Could it be moved if it is? Thanks
(Put sleeping baby down and starting to calm down a bit now) What a nightmare. I'll have to ring back when I have a chance.
I would really apreciate if anyone still has there letter or can remember what it said.

Phoned again today and they are denying that they have taken any money from my account. It says on my bank statement Tesco DVD RENTAL £7.97, said that I have to fax my bank statement and they will investigate it. I am considering giving up, finding this whole thing very stressful.0
