Vitamins Direct BOGOFs and FREE Garlic

I had an email this morning that mention that they have various items on BOGOF and others half price.
They are also offering 365 FREE High Strenght Garlic caps if you spend £10+
They also advertised something I have not seen before - Glucosamine patches at half price - £7.50 for 30 days.
There is also free P & P on all UK orders, but I am not sure whether they normally do this anyway as it has been a while since I last ordered from them.
