The "ref=iemail" on the end of the link makes me think it's an affiliate link and according to the affiliate part of the site, it says affiliates will earn 15% from any sale made.

Looks like spam to me.

u can download & save into ur pc/LT.when u connect ur phone with PC/LT u can transfer the software into ur phone.

I'm not techie person and at least i don't use MSE as a platform for doing business or earning money by advertising my stuff.
