    1. Bounty Members have a chance to enter the free prize draw for a chance to win one of two hair makeover experiences with Schwarzkopf’s LIVE Salon Style colourist Anita Cox-McMillan, in London on the 31st January 2012. (Please note Promoter recommends that Members who are pregnant should not enter the prize draw.)
    2. There are two hair makeovers to be won.
    3. To enter the prize draw Members are required to log onto the Bounty website at www.bounty.com and submit the correct answer to the multiply choice question.
    4. The winners, who may bring one guest each, will be required to travel to Schwarzkopf’s London Academy (74-78, Seymour Place, London, W1H 2EH) on 9th December 2011 for their hair makeover
    5. The Promoter will reimburse the winner with reasonable travel expenses for the winner and their guest up to a maximum of £200. The Promoter will arrange for the winner and their guest to stay in a hotel of the Promoter’s choice for the night of the 9th December 2011. Further details will be provided by the Promoter to the winner.
    6. Closing date for the free prize draw entry is the 30th November 2011.
    7. Two winners will be chosen at random by Bounty (UK) Limited from all successful entrants, the winners contact details will be provided to the Promoter only for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
    8. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone by the Promoter within 3 days of the prize draw.
    9. Within 3 days of notification the winner is requested to accept the prize by way of confirmation to the Promoter. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or attend the makeover on the 9th December 2011 the entry will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen.
    10. The winner consents to a “before” and “after” photo being taken for the purpose of appearing on Bounty.com and featuring in an advertorial on Bounty.com, and the winner may also be asked to provide a testimonial. The winner may also be asked to take part in promotional work for the Promoter.
    11. The prize draw is open to Bounty Club members who must have valid email address and telephone contact details.
    12. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
    13. Only one entry per person/household.
    14. The prizes cannot be transferred and no cash alternative is available.
    15. Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
    16. Winners’ name and county will be displayed on https://www.bounty.com within 14 days of the closing date.
    17. Use of a false name or telephone number and/or email address, will result in disqualification.
    18. Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited and the Promoter or any associated companies and members of their families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
    19. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
    20. The decisions of the Promoter and Bounty will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    21. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    22. In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
