PriceMinister UK closing down & merging with Play.com

Have searched all over MSE for this but couldn't find any mention so apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere.

Had this email from PriceMinister this week:

All purchasing activity will be ceased on the 02/11/2011. Your accounts will remain open and accessible until the 31/12/2011, allowing you to track and close your purchases, contact our Customer Services and request the transfer of any balance you may have in your e-Wallet.

I've not had this email yet, I use Priceminister a lot because i get a lot of £5 off £10 spend codes sent to me. Wonder if play will carry on doing this?
