I have this knife set,bought them 2years ago in Tesco sale for £10...bargain then,but an even better bargain now,ive been more than happy with the knives.

Just went back to Middleton store to get another knife block and they had all gone, and I was the one that posted the deal :rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, there was another knife block there.

It is a PRESTIGE 8 piece knife block set (barcode 5 000263 560759)

This is the same one on Tesco Direct at £45.00 http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.210-0652.aspx ...

... and it scanned at £5.50 :j:j

I bought these knives yesteday from Hu**ersfield Rod Ol**am. I didnt post about it as the box was very badly damaged & just thought it was a one off reduction. I found it on the sale aisle. They are very sharp - or maybe my last lot were blunt!:)

Also got well an truly trouted on 6 pairs of 4p trunks never mind - they ended up overcharging me in the confusion so got a very small DTD back.

Managed to get one of the Prestige knife blocks last night in Nottingham. It was the only one just plonked on top of the other blocks.

Great present for mother in law for Xmas!! :j
