Trainee Social Worker interviews

Hi all,

Looking for a bit of advice.

I've just completed the first module of the BA in Social Work through the OU (module K101) and I want to train as a social worker. There's an opportunity that's arisen with the local council to do the rest of the course full time while they pay you for 3 years.

I've done the interview before and it didn't go that well, so is there anyone out there with experience in interviewing/being interviewed for a similar post that could tell me what qualities they're looking for and what questions they ask. Tried to remember what they asked me last time but it's a bit of a blur!

Any pointers appreciated.
