Showing my ignorance here but is veal liver the same as calves liver?:o

We love calves liver but struggle to find any locally so will stock up if it is, especially at such a good price.:)

Oh well, will get have to get some as we're on a tight budget this month and can't be too picky! Atleast OH likes it.
