Hello All,
Having been missing from the site for a couple of months, I thought I should come back.
Have been taking stock of my life and made some huge changes - the main one being leaving my partner of three and half years. Only just done this and feel like I need something to take my mind off it and thought money saving was a safe bet!!!
I did not go mad at christmas, but have lost track of my money. Need to get back on track adn quite quick before I get totally lost!
I know I have to check out how much I pay for everything as loads of stuff has just gone up - ie my mortgage had gone up by £85 over the last few months. - Just need to be organised.
I am going to start by going to the bank at lunchtime and getiing a mini statement. An emailine people who owe me money from a recent trip to ireland (I paid it all on my card) and tell them what they owe!
