Proposals state no intention to change anything for existing receipients of FITs in the life of this Parliament. So assuming proposals are adopted then there will be no change.

One question on the RPI increase that I've not been able to find. Is it the RPI rate in March that it rises by in April or an earlier month? Has anyone seen this listed anywhere to see which RPI figure is used?
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

I think it is year-on-year RPI to Dec 2011 implemented Apr 2012.
