Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me!! I woke up this morning to find snow on the garden and water on the floor!! My Fridge / Freezer has broken!!
As a temporary measure i have piled snow on top of all our food in the garden as most of it (£140) we bought last night and came from the fridge, but i need to find me a new Fridge / Freezer asap!!
It needs to be big and Cheap, thats about it!! Does anyone know any codes or anything for any retailers??
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh
Any help much appreciated :-)

You could try Freecycle locally (via yahoo groups, links on that page) incase someone local has one they want to get rid of (freecycle is where things are offered for free, so instead of throwing something away you see if you can find it a new home). You'll have to do your own pick up, but you never know if one's around it could solve your problem:rotfl:0

Are you sure it's broken beyond repair...?
Could just be as simple as a blown fuse.Ah! Good old trusty beer... I hope you never change.0 -
Dont order one from Tesco Direct. I ordered one on a Saturday with a guaranteed delivery date of Tuesday.
It never arrived on tuesday, nor wednesday, so after much phoning up Tesco & "Expert Couriers Ltd" (lol) i found out that it was sat at the couriers warehouse with an estimated delivery date of January 2011!!0 -

If your anywhere near me I could put some in my freezer for you!!!
I left the door open on mine last week and lost all my food, the top element had frosted over so it believed it was cold so hubby got out the hair dryer and started defrosting it and burnt the inside of the plastic so I'm a drawer short but can fit loads more in now. cannot afford a new one at the moment but if you find one let us know the best place0 -
you could ring your local restaurant or shop who have large walk in freezers, they might let you borrow it! i work in a restaurant and when our freezer broke tesco's let us borrow theirs for a few days0

also check your contents insurance, you should be covered for freezer breakdown. It won't help you with the cost of a new frezer but it will replace all the food lost.0
