I got a sparkly pink lip gloss and Treselle(?) frangrance - not sure if it's really me.

Erm mine turned up in a padded brown envelope however when i opened the sealed envelope (and it was sealed) there was nothing in the envelope so i didnt recieve it at all. What do you think i should do? should i even bother trying to contact avon about this? I have a feeling they wont do anything about it though as for all they know i could be telling fibs just to try and get another one.
Iknow it was from avon as it is from corby where avon is picked at the factory but as i say the envelope was completely bare!
