Problem with Crowdology

Hi there
Has anyone else noticed a problem with cashing in their Crowdology balance this evening?
This is my first redemption of monies so I'm not sure what way it works. I clicked to confirm I wanted payment, but it comes up an error has occurred.
Also, my balance is £14.40, yet in my history, it notes a failed payment of £7.92? Why the discrepancy? I thought Paypal only take 2%?
thanks in advance

Sorry, I don't know about that, but I do know that Crowdology aren't always paying me for surveys. They used to do it straight away but then they stopped for some surveys. I've been deleting their e-mails after completing the surveys too - as I had trusted Crowdology - so I did the blooming things for nothing!

Its ok, apparently there was a problem with their online service that day, I was paid in full the next day. And the reason for the discrepancy in the amount paid was they can only pay up to £7.92 at a time, but if you have more, they will pay out in installments until all your money has been paid out.
Was surprisingly easy once I figured this out (though they do not make it clear on their website or help pages!!) so I can't wait til the next paydate!!!!:T:T:T
