The constant eurphoria that a solution is in place to end the debt crisis :j, followed by FTSE up x points, then a few days or hours later realising nothings really changed and back down it goes.....
Has anyone got a plan - any plan, that will at least last longer than a few days?? What needs to occur?? Is this constant problem being lengthened by people who think they can 'influence' events in one direction that need to occur (probably in another)?
It's boring now.... ;-(

Telling the World you have to go begging to China tends to have that effect.
Especially if 2 days before you tell the World you have solved the problem after a 3 day meeting & all is good. Not Again0 -

I bought shares while they were meeting - and sold when the shares went up after a deal was apparently reached - I will buy again in 3 days time at the bottom.
You can make an absolute killing on the back of this stupidity ....... jump aboard and make some real returns!Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

For every winner there is a loser.
And if you think the bottom is 3 days away.......Not Again0 -
I never attempt to judge the top or the bottom (yes, I know I said bottom!) of any market - I simply take a profit when I can ...... not being greedy is the way to wealth.
In 3 days I expect the market to be low enough to buy and secure a profit in maybe 2 weeks time.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

I get the point & if I had money I could afford to lose I would do it myself.
However, a 3 day call or a 2 week call is nuts from the moment Europe went begging.
I would hold onto your money but I would tell you for sure in 2 days. Not Again0 -

Fact is that the Bank shares have been showing a sine wave for many years .... judge it almost right and quick profits are there for the taking - it is very low risk in reality. It is also very short term - in weeks you can easily return 20% on the investment.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0
