Thank you ANGChris. These forums and the members here, have certainly made is easier. It was just a case, of I had to accept she was going, and I had to dig deep and get things sorted for my peice of mind.

First couple of months is going to be a stuggle, while I get rid of the oversized Council Tax bill, and the Underpaid Gas Account :mad: then things should start 2 level out around May / June. By then, I should be able to afford a very cheap night on the tiles :beer: :j
