BOGOF on all Christmas wrapping, tags and cards @ rude wrappings

How many tags are in each pack please? It says quantity '1' but surely that's one pack? Thanks

I emailed them and got a reply within minutes. I explained the situation to them and I have to say they agreed to send out 2 more papers, although they went to great lengths to explain why I was wrong!

I politely emailed back to explain why I was not wrong: on Monday evening there were no Special Offer banners on the papers, the home page BOGOF banner took you through to all of those papers, insinuating they were all included in the offer and some of the papers in the offer, which now carry the Special Offer banner, cannot be described as Christmas-specific - these points all counter-claimed the points put across in their email!

I've heard nothing back but am hoping they still honour it like they said they would. Anyway, I'm not going to hold it against them.

And is the paper a roll or sheets? How much is there per order I can't find anything on the website sorry guys . So pick ones with a banner?

If you click on any of the products just beside the price and below the main body of text it states the size of the paper and the quantity per pack.

I think 4 as I ordered 2 packs of tags the other day and I received 8.

Although the envelope my wrapping and tags were delivered in was open on arrival!

2 sheets per pack.

am i doing something wrong wanted to order some wrapping paper but cant see the box to click to add it to basket , there are boxes on other items like tags and cards but not on the chrstmas paper wanted ,is it out of stock or is it my computer

No, it looks like the website as it's the same on mine.

I have contacted the site and there is a problem with the add a product button which is being looked at this morning.

They say the site will be working again by lunchtime.
