    oh if only I could do this to my bank(and the council) after the dealings and nastiness I have had from them.

    Absolutely brilliant - I wonder if someone has had a telling off yet!!!
    I bet there was more than £4,000 in the cash desks that they took.
    I am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!
