Need Advice on Internet/Web Security Roles

Hi All,

I need some advice; I want to get into Internet/Web Security, does anyone know what courses or cetifications are required to get a role with these field.

I already have a computer science degree plus 6 years experiance in IT in support.

    A lot will depend on what environment/ stack you are wanting to work on.

    If you've had 6 years experience in support you'll probably know that your computer science degree wasn't needed for it and that there are no 'courses' for IT work. It's pretty much the same with web security, most companies advertising will want experience with x,y and z although some may want certification but it's not a generic certification, it's a certification on that specific software / hardware.
