I have just wrote to them about back dating laundry costs.
The HMRC website states to write a letter, inc the name and adress of the employer, the name of the organisation you work for, your job title, and the details of any laundry facilities your workplace provides. They also suggest you write what your expenses were.
I have also included some of my P60's to claim back 5 years, although they should have these on their system.
Good luck with it I am hoping I get my rebate in time for christmas ;-).Mort July 2008 £65000..Mortgage July 2010 £63848
Mortgage June 2012 £54500:T chip chipping away.0
