    No worries,so have I.:D
It gets enough spam though without signing up to sites that are just out to send me spam.
On quite a few of these comps I doubt that the prize even exists.MSE has always been kept pretty free of these type of sites,as opposed to some other comp portals .I do understand we all have a choice as to whether to enter but it's good to make an informed entry, knowing that spam will no doubt follow.

11 Are there any sites, from experience, which are likely to generate lots of spam?
There are a few which have come to our collective attention as sites that, when used for comps, seem to generate lots of unwanted postal, email & phone call attention. These are listed below for your information, however, please do remember that this is only the collective opinion of other MSE Compers & does not necessarily reflect upon the sites themselves.

    ActiveYou
    Clash Club/Clash media

FindAPrize (questions raised if prizes awarded, slight spam, non existant company address, dodgy? Info here & here)

    OfferX
    Opinioniser
Optimax (phone calls, letters & emails!)
