  • Silly me didn't notice that it was for card holders only, it was so shameful when i asked in a queue and was told I couldn't have it :o

Worse part was that the woman paying next to me was using her Starbucks card. I mentioned to her to say the password and get the free gift. She looked at me like I was a complete moron, said she didn't know what I was talking about and left!

Serves me right for trying to be nice to someone, will have to be another moody monosyllabic London commuter from now on then :( I'm over sensitive and shy at the best of times, and now (pathetically) feel slightly teary about the whole thing at work (am wuss, either that or PMT!).
Bless you for trying to be kind to someone! Don't let that meanspirited !!!!! get to you. x

Well I have written on there FB page and emailed there customer service department. For a huge chain like starbucks it is not alot to give 20 customers a gift bag full at 70 stores. I had read on HUKD last night what other people got, that why I got my bf to go. I would have not asked him to get up super early travel 30 mins on train to get a canvas bag. He was so annoyed about the situation. And then to see someone post their gift bag goodies on FB from Manchester stre again has annoyed me. Why wouldn't the stores all be consistent.
Hopefully they will send us the missing contents (heres hoping lol)

Wow you have a super nice boyfriend. If I'd have asked my hubby to do that I would have got a two word reply starting with 'S' and ending with 'f';)
    Nothing to report:p

You can ask for it without coffee - basically it's steamed milk with the eggnog flavouring - I do this with the Vanilla sometimes :D

Hmm, I don't like coffee unless it's black. Last couple of years they've had a nice hot chocolate aswell, are they only doing Latte this year? :(

got back home and my whole bedroom smelt of coffee from the mini packs I left in there! Who else got a tote?
  • I missed out on the free prize :( but the nice barista kindly gave me some free Via sachets to take home.
