Go here: http://www.iap-interactive.com
and click on Member Centre on the left hand menu, and follow the steps from there.
You can find your Panelist Number on a survey invitiation from them, and they'll e-mail your password if you've forgotten it (as I had!).
Once in you can swop points for shopping vouchers and they arrive within a week or so.Here I go again on my own....0
