Need some help please

Hi I was hoping some one could help me with this.
I have a debt with Tesco for a loan, I received a letter from Wescot stating they had been instructed by Tesco to collect the outstanding monies.
I sent them a request for CCA and they replied by saying I need to contact Tesco for this and then deal with Wescot for repayments.

I am a complete novice where credit agencies are concerned.
What do I do? Should I contact Tesco for CCA? Can I repay Tesco direct instead of going through Wescot?
I am confused how 2 companies are involved with the outstanding money.

Wescot have put my account on hold while I contact Tesco for CCA.
Love a charity shop bargain
