I notice from the link from OP http://www.amazon.co.uk/Black-Friday-Deals/b?ie=UTF8&node=161428031 that this year you have to go to checkout and buy your deal within 15 minutes to get it at that price, and you can also join a waitlist for your chance to claim an item after it's gone - presumably when people decide they don't want an item they "won" and delete it out of their basket. Last year I think you had until midnight or something to pay and as a result people were clicking on items they didn't want and keeping them in their basket all day and not buying them. Presume amazon was not amused.
