Requesting Info on my account

Hi,

I wrote to argos asking for info on my PPI I have with them, as I have no information for my records.

I haven't heard back from them and it has been about 6 weeks. I sent the letter recorded delivery.

Do I need to send a cheque for £1 for the info, as I saw it on a template letter that to do this??!

Natwest ->(CC) - £130.00 (OD) - £212.00 OD
Lloyds TSB ->(OD) - £1500 OD (CC) - £1179.47

    You probably need a Subject Access request, which is £10 rather than a Consumer Credit Agreement which costs £1.
