FPC or CFA?

I have just started a job as a complaint handler in a financial institutions what qualification would be best for my career progression?

What is FPC? If it's Certificate in Financial Planning then you aren't comparing like for like, as CFA is levels above it.
The Certificate in Financial Planning is the same level as CFA's IMC Qualifcation.
CFA takes a minimum of 2.5 years (Level 2 and 3 you can only take once a year) and takes a lot of hard work. Unless you are planning on becoming a fund manager/financial analyst, doing CFA is pointless.0
