For some reason I keep getting an error message ( even though I'm not trying to post ) which says -

Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

Clearing your browser cookies would be the first thing to try.

Have done but hasn't made any difference, not sure what the problem is.

To help us better diognose the problem please can you let us know a few things:

* Your Operating System
* Your web browser and version:
* Your virus protection software.
* The problem URL (page, thread etc...)
* What you did before problem occured?
* What was the problem, error message?
* The date you experienced problems.
* The time you experienced the problem.
* How often you experienced the problem? (eg: consistently / always or intermittently / sometimes)
