I have prepared the case for industrial tribunal on the grounds of constructive dismissal. The problem I have is the company that claim is lodged against is a limited company and is now just been sold. Do I still have a claim Against the previous directors of the company and what if any chance have I got of any financial recompense???????? please can anybody advise me. Thanks Royston

If your claim was against the company as your employer then it is still that company against which you have your claim. The company was your legal employer, not the individual directors (even if they owned the company too).
The new owners should have done "due diligence" to be aware of your claim (assuming it has been lodged with the ET and isn't just in the preparation stage").

It could only happen to us!!!!!!!!!! The new owners have started a new company merging their existing business and the good will and assets from the company we are pursuing. If what you state is true this causes us some what of a delema as my partner was taken on by the company who bought it 2 weeks before the sale0
