Alternatives to eBay

Are there any decent alternatives to eBay to sell all my junk that is just lying around gathering dust when it could be helping to clear off my debt?

Excluding car boot sale as I don't drive!

I tried preloved but mostly got questions and no buyers. Others could be gumtree, loot, free ads in the local paper.
I have been sorting things out to sell but I don't know if some things are better sold at certain places/sites

I use Ebay for things like shoes and smaller items than can be posted.
Gumtree i use for larger items and it's cash in hand too.
I also have an Intranet site at work where we have a Loot site and can sell to anyone internally.

If you are on facebook there are lots of buy, swap and sell pages for local towns. Generally the buyer collects and there are no fees to pay which is a bonus. I've sold games consoles, a weights bench and equipment, childrens toys and clothes etc.

HotUkDeals has a selling forum which is pretty good.
Also there are some communities on Livejournal for selling, although they're mainly for ladies clothing and beauty stuff.
