Hello
I have applied for a Capital Raise Mortgage through a Mortgage Broker. I have received documents to sign and return with a covering lettert which states that my application has been approved in principle. I have changed my mind but I did email the company to say I wanted to proceed with application. Will I be legally bound in any way
Many thanks to anyone who can advise
